Who owns what
Every thumbnail available through the downloader was created and uploaded by the owner of the corresponding YouTube video. It remains their property. YouTubeA2Z hosts none of these images: the downloader fetches them from YouTube's own public image servers at the moment you ask, exactly as a web browser would.
Designs you create in the banner and thumbnail generators are yours, provided you own or have licensed the images you put into them.
Using downloaded thumbnails responsibly
Downloading an image does not transfer any rights to you. Legitimate uses include saving a backup of your own thumbnails, private reference, research, and uses that qualify as fair use or fair dealing where you live, such as commentary or criticism. Re-uploading someone else's thumbnail as your own, or using it commercially without permission, is not a legitimate use and may expose you to a copyright claim.
For rights holders
We host no YouTube content, so there is nothing on our servers to take down. If you believe the site facilitates an infringement of your rights in some other way, email contact@youtubea2z.site with your name, the work concerned, the URL involved, and a description of the issue. We respond to every such message.
Trademarks
